This spectacular antique Victorian ring was made representing the Suffragette movement, Circa 1900.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White colours which were chosen to counter the stereotypes put forward by opponents that they were mannish or shrieking! Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes!
The ring boasts a 0.20ct violet Amethyst in centre with two 0.15ct green Peridots either side, all surrounded by sparkling Diamonds which are superb cut colour and clarity - SI 1 H Colour.
