Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery was chosen to counter the stereotypes put forward by opponents that they were mannish or shrieking!
This beautiful brooch is decorated in beautiful white, green and pink Paste Stones with a fabulous purple Paste dropper.
Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. They sparkle just like, captivating the allure of natures beauty.
All set in Sterling Silver displaying stunning all round workmanship.
