This fabulous antique Victorian 18ct Gold Gilded Turquoise snake brooch is Circa 1880.
The wonderful brooch depicts a beautifully gilded snake which is adorned with a Turquoise gemstone which is crowned upon his head and on the heart dropper
Serpent jewellery represents love, loyalty and friendship, which I think you’ll agree is a lovely combination.
The Turquoise stone is Decembers birthstone, it has healing properties and protects the wearer from any negative energy, bringing in good fortune, it is also the symbol if friendship and brings peace to there home too.
The snake holds a fabulous heart dropper in it’s mouth, which is adorned with a Turquoise on the front, displaying beautiful craftsmanship all around.
