A grand antique Victorian Albert chain C. 1900 set in Sterling Silver and gilded in 18ct Yellow Gold. The piece features a T-bar hanging from the end and an engraved Gold medallion which displays a red and blue Enamel crest in the centre bordered by thistles, shamrocks, a rose and a crown. Each link of the chain is hallmarked with a Sterling Silver lion stamp with makers initials – H.B & S on the clasp. The Medallion is hallmarked Birmingham 1930 and was added to the piece at a later date along with makers initials -B.L.B.S. The chain is of good weight and looks wonderful around the neck.
