A stylish antique Victorian Albert chain made up of solid sterling silver curb links that graduate in size toward the centre and have been gilded in a bright 18ct yellow gold.
It features sterling lion marks on each link along with hallmarks and the maker’s initials at the clasp, indicating it was made in Birmingham in 1881. The T-bar is a later addition to the piece and is fashioned in Albo Silver and bears the maker’s initials “NCR. Co”.
It’s a durable chain with a good weight to it and can be worn as a traditional Albert or as a fabulous statement necklace.
