Product Details
An imposing and rare antique Victorian coral five stone ring, modelled in 18ct yellow gold. The chunky, carved half hoop gallery features scrolling motifs down the sides and is topped with five natural Angel skin coral which graduate in size toward the centre. They’re lovely and smooth, with a soft peach/ pink hue and are accompanied by eight twinkling rose cut diamonds in between.
Angel Skin Coral is one of the finest ocean treasures, desired for its rarity and lighter pink colouring which is produced naturally in the depths of the Pacific Ocean over thousands of years by tiny marine invertebrate known as polyp. It’s considered a stone of femininity, beauty and grace and has been a favourite of royals throughout history.
This is a grand antique Victorian ring, dating to the late 19th Century. It’s in excellent condition and the rare natural coral looks beautiful spread over the top of the finger.
