This impressive Antique Victorian bracelet has been commissioned in 9ct Yellow Gold and features a lovely curb link design. The clasp comes in the form of heart shaped padlock which has been engraved with flowing foliate motifs and fitted with a safety chain.
Heart padlocks were a popular motif in the Victorian era and were often gifted as a romantic token that symbolised that the recipient had full possession and access to the givers heart.
It’s a fabulous antique treasure and complete with 9ct stamps on each of the links along with the maker’s initials on the back of the heart.
