A fabulous pair of antique Etruscan revival drop earrings from the mid-Victorian era fashioned in 15ct gold with a tightly woven love knot at the bottom.

A love knot has long been a symbol of love, loyalty and friendship as the unbroken knot represents an eternal bond that is unbreakable and forever entwined. They were popularly exchanged between lovers and those who’d officially “tied the knot”.

A striking pair of Victorian earrings that are in excellent condition and look wonderful dangling from each ear.
