These fabulous antique Garnet drop earrings are Victorian Circa 1900.
Each earring is adorned with a beautiful cabochon Garnet which has a deep, red hue.
The Garnet has been adored throughout history for it’s blazing red colour which hides beneath it’s dark surface. It is said to be a stone of purity, truth and a symbol of love and compassion.
The earrings are beautifully engraved and feature lovely tassels dangling below.
All set in Silver, gilded in 18ct Yellow Gold and fitted with shepherd hook wires.
These are a special antique find, steeped in history and look fabulous when worn!
