A grand antique Victorian gate bracelet from the late 19th Century crafted in solid 9ct gold with fabulous open-work, gate links with detailed texturing.
The links articulate beautifully together and are held by a safety chain and heart padlock clasp engraved with leaves and forget me nots on the front. These were often gifted as a romantic token and symbolised love and commitment.
It’s a high-quality piece, displaying exquisite workmanship and has remained in excellent condition.
