A beautiful antique Victorian heart pendant cut from an enormous smoky quartz weighing approx. 90ct, hung from a silver loop. It has a lovely golden-brown hue and skilfully cut facets that flicker beautifully in the light and raise to a central point on the front and back.
Smoky Quartz has been valued since ancient times and is recognised for its darker, sometimes smoky colouring which ranges from deep orange to charcoal brown. It’s believed to ground you closer to nature, dispel negative energy and bring clarity of mind.
The piece dates to the late 19th Century and has remined in excellent condition. It would make a perfect gift for a loved one.
