Dating to the late 19th century, this exquisite antique Victorian locket is beautifully crafted in two-tone 15ct yellow gold and decorated with an elegant border of scrolling heart motifs. The piece was likely once a treasured gift exchanged between loved ones with an oval cartouche on both sides, intricately chased with foliate engraving with monogram initials woven in, preserving a quiet trace of its original owners and a love story now lost to time.
Beloved and carefully passed down through generations, the locket remains in excellent condition to this day and has developed a beautifully warm, time-softened patina. It’s fitted with rims and windows within, ready to insert your own treasured photographs - so that they can be worn forever close to your heart.
