A delightful little antique Victorian brooch featuring a winged insect in the centre made up of lovely Moonstones with Pearl studded wings and red Paste eyes.
The Moonstones have a lovely ghostly hue and a luminous surface similar to that of Moonlight. They are said to be a magical stone providing a channel for prophecy, and a path to wisdom.
The piece is all Silver and fitted with a secure pin and catch. It is a wonderful collectable piece and very sweet.
