Details
A glamorous antique Victorian moonstone sapphire bracelet claw set with five cabochon moonstones that graduate from approx. 1.5 - 2ct and exhibit a silvery-blue glow that shimmers across the curvature. They’re interspersed with four blue sapphires in-between, displayed on articulated silver links decorated with open scroll metalwork.
The enchanting Moonstone derives its name from the stone’s ethereal, luminescent light that was once believed to be moonlight in solid form. It’s often worn as a symbol of love, wisdom, and new beginnings and pairs beautifully with the deep blue of sapphires, together creating a harmonious union, evoking the enchanting mystery of the night.
This wonderful Victorian moonstone sapphire bracelet dates to the late 19th century and has remained in excellent condition. A fabulous antique treasure with an enchanting collection of twilight gems that arch comfortably around the top of the wrist.
