This wonderful antique Paste Stone necklace is Victorian, Circa 1900.
The lovely piece is lined with glistening square Pastes which are foil backed with smaller old cut Pastes in between.
Paste is a heavy, transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. White Pastes sparkle just like Diamonds and take expert craftsmanship to capture their beauty.
The necklace is all White Metal and fitted with a secure box fastener.
A lovely antique find and perfect for a wedding or special occasion!
