A fabulous antique Art Nouveau pendant, fashioned in 18ct yellow gold and decorated with an abundance of bright seed pearls and three olive-green peridots. The centre gallery consists of scrolling motifs that depict the wings of a butterfly and features two long negligee droppers below and two chains above that join the loop.
Peridots and Pearls are considered gifts from Mother Nature and complement each other beautifully. Matched with a warm gold metal, their green and white colours together evoke the beauty of summertime, or a meadow of green grass with white daisies, bringing feelings of joy and serenity with you wherever you go.
This is a wonderful Victorian pendant dating to Circa 1900. It’s all in excellent condition with a beautiful collection of natural gemstones on display.
