A pretty Antique Victorian heart pendant from the late 19^th Century fashioned in 15ct Gold with a lover’s knot on top and a line of white Pearls and red Rubies along the front. 

A lover’s knot has long been a symbol of love, loyalty and friendship as the knot represents an everlasting bond that is unbreakable and forever entwined.
