Set with beautiful all round Scottish workmanship, deep engraving, and lovely polished natural Agates set into this pristine Victorian Silver Scottish brooch.
The brooch is quite large displaying amazing Scottish detail.
This is most unique, it is Circa 1860.
The jewellery comprises of different coloured Agates with the natural graining of the stone showing through.
With a closed backed silver gallery with original pin and over catch.
Scottish jewellery was made popular by Queen Victoria as it became a souvenir of her trips to Scotland from the mid 1800’s.
Queen Victoria frequently visited Scotland and her Scottish Castle Balmoral.
