A grand antique Victorian statement ring from the late 1800s built around a mammoth round cut smoky quartz. It weighs an impressive 10 carats (approx.) and has an inner amber light that glows beneath the dark brown surface. 

The mysterious Smoky Quartz has been valued since ancient times and is recognised for its darker, sometimes smoky colouring which ranges from deep amber to charcoal brown. It’s believed to ground you closer to nature, dispel negative energy and bring clarity of mind. 

The stone is mounted in an ornate 15ct gold setting with intricate, open metalwork and gold beading around the border and split shoulders leading into a double band at the back. It’s an imposing statement ring and looks spectacular crowned atop the finger.
