Details
An exquisite pair of Antique Victorian cuff bangles from the late 19th Century fashioned in Sterling Silver with decorative edging and engraved flowers and Ivy leaves etched across the front.
Ivy has long represented an unbreakable bond, such as friendship or marriage, as in the Victorian rhyme 'Close clings the ivy to the tree, so in my heart I cling to thee.'
The pair are complete with their original box which is a wonderful barrel shaped design with blue velvet interior and two snug sections to store them in.
It’s rare to find a complete set such as this and they would look beautiful worn together or separately.
