Details
A lovely antique Victorian Suffragette ring adorned with two green Peridot’s, four white Diamonds and a central violet Amethyst. Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White colours which were chosen to counter the stereotypes put forward by opponents. Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes! The stones are set in a fancy engraved gallery modelled in 18ct Yellow Gold and complete with faded Birmingham hallmarks which we believe to be Circa 1903. The ring looks wonderful upon the finger and steeped in history.
