A wonderful Art Deco slave bangle made Circa 1930. The piece depicts a coiled snake crowned with a blue diamond cut paste upon the head, surrounded by intricate engraving.
The silver head and tail are connected by a durable steel spring which has been rolled in 9ct yellow gold. It expands to fit the upper arm comfortably and can even be stretched and worn as a choker collar as well.
