This magnificent Art Deco–inspired tanzanite diamond cluster ring is centred with a striking AAAA-grade tanzanite with a deep indigo-blue hue, weighing approximately 2.1 carats. The stone is bezel set in a frame of ten brilliant-cut diamonds, with two elegant emerald-cuts set along each shoulder. All the diamonds are exceptionally bright, with excellent VS1 clarity - I colour, and total approx. 1.7 carats.
Incredibly, Tanzanite remained undiscovered until the late 1960s, when a group of Maasai herders stumbled upon the mysterious blue gems by chance in the hills of Tanzania. They were later identified to be a new and rare form of blue “Zoisite”, with an intense indigo-blue hue that became highly sought after across the globe and named “Tanzanite” by Tiffany & Co. to highlight its unique origin.
This stunning tanzanite diamond cluster ring is fashioned in bright 18ct white gold and features crisp geometric lines and delicate milgrain edging, all in keeping with the Deco style.
