Details
A glamorous Edwardian Revival tanzanite and diamond pendant, expertly crafted in 18ct white gold, with a rare emerald-cut natural tanzanite at its centre, weighing approx. 1.00 carat. It is securely claw set within a classic open-backed daisy cluster gallery, surrounded by ten brilliant-cut natural diamonds that form a sparkling halo. The diamonds total approx. 1.00 carat, with excellent VS1 clarity and H colour, providing exceptional brilliance and contrast against the velvety deep indigo-blue hue for which tanzanite is celebrated.
The piece is complete with a fine 18ct white gold chain and bears London hallmarks on the reverse of the bale, dating to 2008. It would make a luxurious anniversary gift or a timeless "Something Blue" for a bride, with the sparkling diamond halo symbolising everlasting love, while the regal tanzanite represents fidelity and offers a distinctive alternative to the traditional blue sapphire.
