This is a gorgeous Art Deco bracelet which is set in White Metal. Circa 1920
Set with lovely White Paste Stones that sparkle just like Diamonds.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that stimulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones because it has relatively high indices of refraction and strong dispersion, the Romans in particular were very skilful in the production of coloured glass pastes.
Art Deco, named after the 1925 Paris Exposition des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes represents the style of the decorative arts popular between the two wars.
This bracelet would be perfect for a wedding or a special occasion, it looks so pretty when worn.
