An elegant Edwardian-inspired sapphire diamond ring, adorned with a striking natural round cut sapphire, with a vivid royal-blue hue. It weighs approx. 0.80 carats and is flanked by four leaf-shaped marquise cut diamonds, and four round cuts, that depict laurels. They have excellent VS1 clarity – H colour and total approx. 0.60 carats.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September. The blue variety is considered a stone of truth, wisdom and protection and has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its deep-blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
This gorgeous sapphire ring is fashioned in 18ct white gold and would make the perfect engagement ring, with a pronounced four-prong mount for the sapphire, crowning it high atop the finger.
