Details
A colourful Suffragette trilogy ring claw set with a large violet amethyst in the centre weighing approx. 1.70ct with two green peridots on either side weighing approx. 0.25ct each.
The gemstone colours were often used together to show support for the women’s Suffrage movement in the early 20th Century. A white stone was often present as well and together symbolised; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
The ring is fashioned in 9ct gold and complete with Birmingham hallmarks inside the band. The combination of colours is striking and they contrast and complement each other beautifully.
