Product Details
This spectacular mid-Century cocktail ring was made to be seen! A magnificent oval cut amethyst takes centre stage, weighing approx. 8ct with a luxurious, regal purple hue. It’s haloed by eight smaller amethysts around the outside (approx. 0.25ct each) and eight twinkling brilliant cut diamonds with superb VS1 clarity – H colour (approx. 0.80ct total).
Amethyst is the birthstone of February. It’s considered a stone of protection, clarity and tranquillity and has been highly esteemed throughout the ages for its stunning beauty and deep purple colouring which has adorned regal jewellery all around the world, from ancient Egypt to the British crown jewels.
The sizable gallery is modelled in solid 14ct gold with beautiful open workmanship around the sides, creating an outstanding platform for the stones to rest on. It’s an imposing statement piece, fit for a Queen and is sure to capture the attention of all around it.
We recommend you insure for £2,500. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
