A striking vintage aquamarine diamond trilogy ring, adorned with a square carre cut aquamarine in then centre, with a clear-blue hue and neat, linear facets that flicker hypnotically, like light reflecting on the surface of rippling water. It weighs approx. 3 carats and is flanked by a triangular trillion cut diamond on either side, with excellent VS1 clarity – H colour (approx. 0.90ct each), creating a distinct, geometric contrast.
Aquamarine is the birthstone of March and derives its name from its tranquil, clear blue/ green colouring that emulates the beauty of a tropical ocean or icy glacial waters. It is said to bring happiness and good fortune and pairs beautifully with the glittering sparkle of diamonds, together arousing images of the sun glittering on the surface of a crystal-clear ocean.
