Showcasing twenty-one delightful charms, this heavy vintage charm bracelet is designed to put a smile on your face. The curb links and charms are fashioned in silver, gilded in a bright 18ct yellow gold and are held securely around the wrist by a safety chain and heart padlock clasp.
There are so many quirky charms to discover and some of them have small surprises within! Included is a crane who’s caught a worm, a galleon ship with cargo underneath, an elf on a toadstool, a castanet, a roulette wheel, a pair of ornate slippers, a teddy bear, a trophy, a Viking warrior, a large “21” key, a Swiss cow bell, a Vietnamese street vendor with a pole carrying fruit, a donkey, a post box with a man inside, an old cash register with a pound symbol underneath, a Scottish Highland dancer, a purse with lipstick and compact inside, an owl, a Welsh dragon, a tankard, a boat with a sailor inside and our personal favourite, an old telephone with a secret “ LUV 2” message underneath.
The charms are so much fun to explore and play with and each one likely has a wonderful story behind it and suggests the original owner was well travelled. It’s a great conversation piece and is complete with sterling lion marks and Birmingham hallmarks, dating to 1966.
