A gorgeous vintage heart pendant lined with a dazzling array of bright, old mine cut diamonds (approx. 3ct total) and claw set with a blue sapphire at the top (approx. 0.60ct) and a pink ruby in the centre (approx. 0.90ct).

The piece is all 18ct gold and crafted in an elaborate, Art Nouveau style with flowing curves and foliate motifs, coming together to form the heart. It’s very sweet and boasts a fabulous array of natural gemstones.
