Product Details
A grand vintage garnet cocktail ring made in London in 1965. The gallery is set with a beautiful cabochon garnet in the centre, weighing approx. 6 carats and is haloed by twelve smaller garnets around the outside (approx. 9ct total). They all exhibit a blazing red hue that glows beautifully when the light passes through them.
Garnet is the birthstone of January and has been desired throughout history for its strength and blazing crimson-red or cherry-pink flame that glows beneath its dark exterior. It’s considered a stone of the heart and is symbolic of passion and enduring love.
The stones are set in a large 9ct gold gallery with pierced sides and bears hallmarks within the band. It’s a spectacular 1960s statement ring showcasing a striking collection of garnets.
