A grand vintage negligee necklace consisting of a thick, twisted rope chain fitted with a beautiful heart clip toward the bottom that splits the chain into two long droppers complete with bushy chain tassels at the end.
The chain is a good weight and ample length and is modelled entirely in sterling silver, along with the clip and tassels which have all been gilded in a bright 18ct yellow gold.
The heart clip is fitted with a safety catch and can be unclipped to adjust the length of the chain and droppers if needed. It’s very stylish and bears London import marks on the back of the heart, dating to 1975.
