A gorgeous vintage heart pendant boasting a mesmerising natural opal heart weighing approx. 10ct. It’s a kaleidoscope of rainbow colours that shimmer and change colour with the light. It radiates blues, pinks, greens and an inner orange.

The opal is claw set in a 15ct gold frame and topped with a twinkling brilliant cut diamond at the top. It’s very pretty and would look wonderful suspended from a gold chain.
