A marvellous Vintage double serpent bangle made Circa 1950. Each section of the bangle features decorative patterning leading to two snake heads which are crowned with a violet Paste stone (approx. 3ct each) and smaller Paste eyes which all simulate the beauty of Amethysts.
Serpent jewellery in the Victorian era symbolized a wonderful combination of love, loyalty and friendship with their coiled shape representing an infinite, everlasting bond.
